Job Description
We're seeking a creative, data-driven Marketing Manager to join our growing team and help us tell the Okinawa story to the world. In this role, you'll develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies that drive awareness, generate qualified leads, and position Okinawa as the leading automation platform for modern businesses.
You'll have the opportunity to build our marketing engine from the ground up, working with a talented team of content creators, designers, and growth specialists. From crafting compelling campaigns to optimizing our conversion funnel, you'll touch every aspect of the marketing mix and see the direct impact of your work on the company's growth trajectory.
The ideal candidate combines creative storytelling with analytical rigor. You're as comfortable writing a blog post as you are analyzing a conversion funnel. You understand that great marketing in the developer tools space means educating and empowering, not just promoting.
Requirements
- 5+ years of marketing experience with at least 2 years in B2B SaaS, preferably in developer tools, infrastructure, or enterprise software
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing multi-channel campaigns that generated measurable pipeline growth
- Strong analytical skills with experience in marketing analytics platforms, A/B testing, and data-driven decision making
- Excellent writing and editing skills with a portfolio of published content (blog posts, whitepapers, case studies)
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, or similar) and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Understanding of SEO best practices and experience with content-driven organic growth strategies
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- Experience marketing to technical audiences or developer communities is a strong plus

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across multiple channels including content marketing, email, paid acquisition, social media, and events to drive brand awareness and pipeline growth
- Manage the end-to-end content creation process, from ideation to publication, ensuring all content aligns with brand voice, SEO best practices, and business objectives
- Own and optimize the marketing funnel from top-of-funnel awareness through MQL to SQL conversion, implementing lead scoring and nurturing programs to improve conversion rates
- Oversee social media strategy and community engagement across LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and developer communities, building an active and engaged audience
- Plan and execute webinars, virtual events, and conference sponsorships to generate leads and build relationships with potential customers
- Analyze marketing campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, and Salesforce, providing regular reports and actionable insights to leadership
- Manage the marketing budget and allocate spend across channels based on performance data and ROI analysis
- Collaborate closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure messaging alignment and share customer insights that inform product development
